Standard Shipping

For shipping of all orders under $250 within Australia, Denim Iniquity charges a flat rate of $10.

Delivery to most addresses is expected within 2-8 business days from the time your order has been shipped.

Express Shipping

Denim Iniquity offers free Premium Express shipping within Australia for orders over $250. For shipping of all orders under $250 within Australia, Express Shipping must be selected at checkout and a flat rate of $15 will be charged.

Delivery to most addresses using Express Shipping is expected within 1-4 days.

Click & Collect

Orders are available for collection from our Hyde Park boutique, between 9.30am and 5:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Thursday 9:30am - 6pm and 9:30am-5pm on Saturday.

Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via email 'Ready to Pick-Up'

International Shipping

Denim Iniquity ship internationally using DHL Express. Express International shipping (DHL) NZ, Singapore, UK, US and Germany only (If you are outside of these countries please contact us directly).

International delivery timeframe:

Zone 1: New Zealand (3-5 business days)

Zone 2: Singapore (6-9 business days)

Zone 4: USA (7-9 business days)

Zone 5: UK (3-6 business days)

Please note: We cannot accept international returns due to shipping turnaround times.

International shipping costs do not include duties or taxes that may be applied by customs at the destination country.

Taxes & Duties

Additional customs fees may apply. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes;

1. Sales tax applied by your country, state or city for purchases from Australia and;

2. Duties charged for processing by your country.

Orders are shipped on a delivery duty unpaid (DDU) basis, which means you will be required to pay any additional fees when your order arrives in your country.

Taxes and duties are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. These fees are not added to your order total in the checkout and are non-refundable in the instance you wish to return your item

Duties & taxes differ for each country and are not payable by Denim Iniquity.

Please check with local customs authorities prior to any purchase to understand any duties & taxes an order may incur. These charges are payable by the customer when the goods arrive in the country.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

Customer satisfaction is important to us! If you are unhappy with the merchandise you received for any reason, simply return it to us and we will happily provide an exchange, credit or refund under the following conditions:

ONLINE PURCHASES

Denim Iniquity will supply a credit note or refund for return requests made within 14 days of disptach.

• Merchandise purchased ONLINE must be returned within 14 days of dispatch.
• Merchandise must be in saleable condition with all tags attached.
• Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
• You must contact us by email or phone before returning the item.
• This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
• SALE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
• Unfortunately we cannot accept international returns. Please see International returns below.

Items that are returned to Denim iniquity are at the cost of the customer. If you are opting to exchange we will cover the cost of the new item being sent to you.

INSTORE RETURNS

• Merchandise purchase IN-STORE must be returned within 7 days of purchase for refund or 14 days for store credit.
• Merchandise must be in saleable condition with all tags attached.
• Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
• You must contact us by email or phone before returning the item.
• SALE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
• Unfortunately we cannot accept international returns.

International Returns

We cannot accept returns on Interenational orders. Due to shipping turn around times.

SALE

All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Email us at online@deniminiquity.com.au to let us know what you would like to return, why and if you would like an exchange, credit or refund.
2. Ensure the garment is in original condition with tags attached.
3. Package up your item securely and send back within 14 days using a traceable service.
4. Unfortunately, Denim Iniquity cannot be held responsible for parcels without tracking that have not been received back. Therefore, we recommend using a traceable service with signature on delivery.

Items are to be sent back to Denim Iniquity at the cost of the customer, we will cover the cost of sending the new item to you (Australia only).

ORDER CUT - OFF

Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order after it is placed.
Generally, if you place an order before 11am, it will be sent that afternoon.

TRACK YOUR ORDER HERE

If you’re a customer with a login, you can track your order in the ‘My
Account’ section of the Denim Iniquity website.

Alternatively, you can track
your order directly at the MailPlus website, Australia
Post website or DHL website (depending which carrier
your order was sent with) using the tracking number that was sent in your
shipping confirmation email.
