ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is important to us! If you are unhappy with the merchandise you received for any reason, simply return it to us and we will happily provide an exchange, credit or refund under the following conditions. Denim Iniquity will supply a credit note or refund for return requests made within 14 days of dispatch.
Please note all sale items are deemed final sale and not eligible for return.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
Due to shipping delays and turnaround times, Denim Iniquity cannot accept returns on international orders.
Duties and taxes are calculated upon arrival in your country and are determined by your local customs authorities. If you fail to pay these charges, the parcel may be returned to us at a substantial cost, and any such return fees will be deducted from your refund.

To lodge a return please email us at online@deniminiquity.com.au with your order number. If multiple items, please specify which items you wish to be returned. All items must be returned with their original packaging. Ensure the garment is in its original condition with tags attached.
Unfortunately, Denim Iniquity cannot be held responsible for parcels sent without tracking that have not been received . Therefore, we recommend using a traceable service with a signature on delivery. Package up your item securely and send back within 14 days of original order dispatch using a traceable service.
Items returned to Denim Iniquity are at the cost of the customer, we will cover the cost of sending the new item to you (Australia only).
If your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions for return shipping via email. Please do not post your parcel back until your return request has been approved.
Once your return has been received by our team, your refund or credit note will be processed. Please allow up to 3 working days upon us receiving your parcel to process your return.

CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER IN – STORE
Yes, if you prefer to come in-store to exchange or return an item. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of dispatch.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES
For purchases made in-store, they must be returned within 7 days of purchase for refund or 14 days for store credit. All items must be returned with their original packaging. Ensure the garment is in its original condition with tags attached.
