The Among Equals Malena I Design Bilum Clutch is a vivid addition to the brand's Limited-Edition Craft Series, handwoven by artisan weaver Melele, one of the youngest members of the collective, based between Bena and Faniufa in Papua New Guinea's Highlands. Hand-looped over six weeks from wool and acrylic yarn using traditional bilum weaving techniques, the I Design pattern builds bold interlocking lines in red, sky blue and cream into a compact, sculptural clutch.
A soft lining, frame closure and internal pocket make it easy to carry the daily essentials, while the graphic colourway means it holds its own as a statement piece against neutral outfits or adds a lift to an evening look. Every stitch is a genuine one-off, so the exact placement of colour on your piece will be unique to it. Beyond its craftsmanship, this clutch carries real impact, with proceeds supporting the weaver directly and funding education, solar power and weaving houses for women in the Goroka region. For shipping of all orders under $250 within Australia, Denim Iniquity charges a flat rate of $10.
Delivery to most addresses is expected within 2-8 business days from the time your order has been shipped.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Denim Iniquity offers free Premium Express shipping within Australia for orders over $250. For shipping of all orders under $250 within Australia, Express Shipping must be selected at checkout and a flat rate of $15 will be charged.
Delivery to most addresses using Express Shipping is expected within 1-4 days.
CLICK & COLLECT
Orders are available for collection from our Hyde Park boutique, between 9.30am and 5:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Thursday 9:30am - 6pm and 9:30am-5pm on Saturday.
Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via email 'Ready to Pick-Up'
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Denim Iniquity ship internationally using DHL Express. Express International shipping (DHL) NZ, Singapore, UK, US and Germany only (If you are outside of these countries please contact us directly). For all New Zealand orders there is a flat rate of $35AUD, any international orders outside of this there is a flat rate of $50AUD.
